Nous recrutons un(e) West Region Project Lead pour piloter les projets dans la région Ouest. Vous serez responsable de la planification, de l'exécution et du suivi des projets, en veillant au respect des délais, budgets et objectifs fixés. Vous coordonnerez les équipes locales et les parties prenantes, et assurerez un reporting régulier à la direction.

- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le secteur bancaire ou financier.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer des relations avec des partenaires multiples.
- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet.
- Bonne connaissance de l'environnement économique de la RDC.
