We are looking for an experienced Mine Manager to lead and manage mining operations in Cameroon. The role involves overseeing the project from site setup to full operational stage, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant mining activities.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering (Mandatory) 8-15 years of experience in mining operations Experience managing remote mining sites Experience working in extreme wet or tropical environments Mine Manager Certificate of Competency is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall mine operations and production Lead site teams and coordinate daily operations Ensure HSE compliance and operational efficiency Manage production planning, equipment, and site logistics Oversee operations from project development to full production
