Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities: The HR Officer will support the Head of HR in managing the Clients’ HR Unit/Department. Assist with the development of HR Policies and Procedures Manual and ensure they are aligned with the overall business strategy. Lead the recruitment, selection and onboarding process to attract and retain top talents. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Support the performance management system to drive high performance Assist with the development of relevant training programmes for staff Handle employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, discipline and other issues Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance etc Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization. Audit current HR systems, identify gaps, and develop strategies to close identified gaps and improve HR’s effectiveness. Other relevant duties as assigned by the Head of HR.
