Call for External Collaborator – Élaboration du PPTD 2026/2030 du Togo
Organisation : ILO – International Labour Organization Lieu : Lomé, Togo
Le Bureau international du Travail (ILO) recherche un collaborateur externe pour contribuer à l’élaboration du Programme Pays pour le Travail Décent (PPTD) 2026/2030 du Togo. Cette mission s’inscrit dans le cadre des activités de l’ILO à Lomé, Togo.
Le ou la collaborateur(trice) sera chargé(e) de :
- Réaliser une revue documentaire et une analyse des politiques existantes ;
- Mener des consultations avec les ministères techniques, les partenaires sociaux, les agences onusiennes et les partenaires techniques et financiers ;
- Organiser des ateliers tripartites pour valider les priorités, la théorie du changement et le cadre de mise en œuvre ;
- Effectuer une analyse qualitative et quantitative des données collectées.
Le candidat idéal devra justifier de compétences solides en :
- Revue documentaire et analyse de politiques ;
- Consultation et animation d’ateliers avec des parties prenantes multiples ;
- Analyse qualitative et quantitative de données.
