Le PNUD Tchad recrute un(e) consultant(e) national(e) pour le Projet d'Appui à la Promotion et à la Protection des Droits de l'Homme au Tchad (APPDH - PBF).
Lieu d'affectation : N'Djamena, avec missions terrain dans les régions du Lac, Hadjer Lamis, Ouaddaï, Wadi Fira et Sila.
Durée : Du démarrage effectif du contrat jusqu'au 19 juin 2026.
Supervision : Analyste Sécurité communautaire et État de droit - PNUD Tchad.
