The consultant will enhance monitoring systems by designing practical and user-friendly tools that align with national objectives. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders and will be executed in two phases, contingent on performance and funding. This position is open to Ghanaian nationals only and requires a strong background in WASH and sanitation programming.
