Job Description

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a Grants Program Supervisor to oversee pre- and post-award activities related to grant management. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop proposals, manage funding opportunities, and ensure compliance with donor requirements. The supervisor will lead a Grants Administrator and work closely with senior leadership to align grant activities with IRC's strategic vision. The position is based in Seattle, WA, with additional responsibilities in Spokane and Missoula. 3+ years in non-profit business development or grant management Proven success in proposal development Experience with grant writing and compliance Strong organizational and process management skills Ability to manage and train staff Excellent writing and research skills Familiarity with government funding processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
