We are seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales function. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building high-impact sales strategies, and leading sales teams to consistently exceed targets. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and strong leadership presence. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams to achieve and surpass revenue targets. Identify new market opportunities, key accounts, and strategic partnerships. Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to drive growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights. Establish and enforce sales policies, processes, and performance standards.
