The HR & Admin. Manager will be responsible for all human resources activities and the overall administration of the Company HR functions, including but not limited to benefits management, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, policy implementation and administration, as well as employment and labour law compliance. Just as important to HR role as its HR function is its strategic alignment to PE Power’s business objectives. In addition to the HR functions to be performed, the HR Manager shall also be responsible for management of day-to-day administrative activities of the power plant including but not limited to plant administration budget provisions, administrative support functions and information and all personnel functions.  Good working knowledge and understanding of employment laws (Labour Act, 2003 (Act 651))  Good working knowledge and understanding of employment pensions (National Pensions Act, 2008 (Act 766)) and Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010) Knowledge of the work of the National Labour Commission. Good working knowledge in development and implementation of HR & Admin. tools, policies and procedures.
