Maintenance Supervisor

Le Maintenance Supervisor est le principal responsable et conseiller technique pour l'ensemble des opérations, de l'entretien, des réparations et des travaux de construction mineurs liés aux biens immobiliers appartenant au gouvernement américain ou loués à court ou à long terme. Il gère et supervise le programme d'exploitation et d'entretien de l'ensemble des installations, ce qui comprend l'élaboration des budgets, la rédaction de rapports d'évaluation et la définition des cahiers des charges pour les projets de réparation, d'amélioration ou de rénovation.
