Job Description

Role Overview In this position, you will support daily credit operations and client engagement activities. You will work closely with customers, assist in loan processing, and help ensure efficient repayment tracking while contributing to overall portfolio performance. Key Responsibilities Identify and onboard new loan clients Evaluate loan applications and assess creditworthiness Facilitate loan disbursement in line with company policies Monitor loan portfolios to ensure timely repayments Follow up with clients on overdue payments and support recovery efforts

Formation / Diplômes

Maintain accurate records of client information and loan activities Educate clients on loan products and repayment processes Prepare basic reports on loan performance and collections

Profil recherché

WASSCE, Diploma or HND in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

Expérience

0–2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Compétences requises

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of financial data handling and software Understanding of loan products and services is an advantage Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Requirement Must own an Android phone
