- Performance opérationnelle : Suivre les KPI et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration continue.
- Relations institutionnelles : Représenter l'organisation auprès des parties prenantes clés.
- Reporting : Rendre compte à la direction générale et aux actionnaires/bailleurs.

- Formation supérieure Bac+5 en Management, Administration, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans en gestion d'équipes et de projets.
- Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et prise de décision.
- Capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et multiculturels.
