Contexte : WeWorld Onlus est une organisation humanitaire active dans la région du Sahel. Ce poste clé vise à coordonner et superviser les fonctions support (logistique, RH, finances, sécurité) pour les programmes de l'organisation au Sahel.
**
** Le/la responsable assurera la gestion et le suivi des équipes support, garantira la conformité des procédures avec les bailleurs et les réglementations locales, et contribuera à la stratégie opérationnelle de la mission.
**
** Le/la candidat(e) doit justifier d'une expérience significative en gestion de services support dans le secteur humanitaire, idéalement au Sahel. Une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais est requise. Des compétences en management d'équipe et en coordination multisectorielle sont indispensables.
