CONTEXT AND JUSTIFICATION

As part of the implementation of its strategic programme called "NBS Guinean Forest", the SEPHIS Foundation, with the support of Global Affairs Canada, is launching this global public tender for the selection of:

E-Market Platform

MISSIONS, ROLES AND BIDDER CRITERIA

The service provider will supply access passes or premium subscriptions to an e-commerce platform (e-market) for the 35 beneficiary medium enterprises, for a period of 6 months. The service provider must notably:

Demonstrate certified significant traffic with coverage across Ghana;

Offer vendor features: personalised space, catalogue management, secure payment (Mobile Money, bank card);

Provide an onboarding and training session for the 35 enterprises and responsive technical support;

Provide per-company performance reporting (visits, sales, etc.).
