GLOBAL PUBLIC TENDER – NBS GUINEAN FOREST PROGRAMME

N° 001-04/2026/SEPHIS

Project Name: NBS Guinean Forest

CONTEXT AND JUSTIFICATION

As part of the implementation of its strategic programme called "NBS Guinean Forest", the SEPHIS Foundation, with the support of Global Affairs Canada, is launching this global public tender for the selection of:

Production Of Training Kits

MISSIONS, ROLES AND BIDDER CRITERIA

The bidder must be a printing company or specialist agency. It will be responsible for producing and delivering 185 customised training kits in Ghana.

Each kit will include:

One (1) nominative training certificate (A4 format, Bristol paper 300g/m² minimum, high-definition four-colour printing);

One (1) personalised notebook (A5 format, 250g/m² cover, approximately 50 sheets, Wire-O spiral binding) and a pen.

The graphic charter (NBS and SEPHIS logos) will be provided by SEPHIS. Submission of samples of similar prior productions is mandatory.
