Nous recrutons un(e) Assistant(e) de la Personne Responsable des Mar... pour un poste de leadership stratégique au sein d'une organisation de référence au Bénin.

Pilotage stratégique : définir les objectifs et la feuille de route de l'entité sous votre responsabilité. Management d'équipe : diriger, motiver et développer les compétences de vos équipes. Performance opérationnelle : suivre les KPI et mettre en place des plans d'amélioration continue. Relations institutionnelles : représenter l'organisation auprès des parties prenantes clés. Reporting : rendre compte à la direction générale et aux actionnaires/bailleurs.

Formation supérieure Bac+5 en Management, Administration, Ingénierie ou domaine connexe. Expérience significative de 5 à 10 ans en gestion d'équipes et de projets. Excellentes compétences en leadership, communication et prise de décision. Capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes et multiculturels.
