Formation / Diplômes

• Responsible for prospecting, formation and training of groups
• Prospect for loan customers, appraise loan as well as undertake daily loan recovery exercise
• Supervision of Mobile Bankers (Susu Collectors), reconciliation of passbooks as well as customer visitation and loan recovery

Expérience

Qualification Required & Experience

• A minimum of HND or bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional (Part II or above) qualification such as ACCA, CA, ACIB, CIMA etc
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in microfinance activities
• Relative experience in any banking operations role will be an added advantage

Must be computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge in T24 banking software will be an added advantage
• Demonstrate high standards of integrity, professionalism & adhere to ethical standards
• Self-motivated, analytical & attentive to details

Good numeracy and coordination skills

• Must be able to ride a motorbike and possess a valid motor riding license
• Must be between the ages of 25 years - 30 years at the time of application
