Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 3 years Language Requirement: English Working Hours: Full Time - 9 to 5 Applicant Location: Ghana Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Sales Functions Identify and prospect new clients (individuals, corporate organizations, schools, and groups). Promote and sell travel packages (local tours, international trips, visa assistance, hotel bookings, flights, etc.). Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budget. Meet or exceed sales targets. Negotiate pricing and close deals. Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records. Marketing Functions Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline). Manage social media platforms and online travel listings. Must make corporate visits and engage in marketing activities May be required to engage in marketing activations Conduct market research on trends and competitors. Organize and participate in travel fairs and exhibitions. Collaborate with partners to create attractive packages. Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
