AFR Supervisor / Superviseur AFR Job Summary / Résumé du poste English The AFR Supervisor oversees the management, preparation, and feeding of alternative fuels and raw materials, ensuring operational efficiency, HSE compliance, and optimization of thermal substitution rates. Français Le Superviseur AFR supervise les activités liées aux combustibles alternatifs afin d’assurer la performance opérationnelle, la conformité HSE et l’optimisation des coûts énergétiques.

Responsabilités

Key Responsibilities / Principales Responsabilités English

  • Supervise AFR reception, storage, and processing.
  • Ensure continuous supply of alternative fuels to the kiln.
  • Monitor substitution rates and AFR performance.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance of AFR materials.
  • Superviser la réception, stockage et traitement des AFR.
  • Assurer l’alimentation continue du four.
  • Suivre les performances et taux de substitution.
  • Garantir la conformité et la qualité des AFR.
  • Gérer les non-conformités et actions correctives.
  • Encadrer les équipes AFR.
  • Assurer le respect des normes HSE.
  • Coordonner avec maintenance et production.
  • Assurer le reporting des activités .

Profile Required /

English

  • bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

Expérience

  • 2–5 years of experience in cement or heavy industry.
  • Knowledge of alternative fuels and kiln operations.

Leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Français
  • Bac+3 en ingénierie ou équivalent
  • 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en cimenterie ou industrie lourde
  • Connaissance des combustibles alternatifs et du four
  • Leadership et encadrement d’équipe
