Position Overview: The Sr. Installation Engineer will support offshore installation activities, ensuring successful execution of engineering, survey, fabrication, and field installation works. The role requires strong technical expertise, offshore experience, and the ability to interface effectively with contractors, project teams, and quality assurance personnel.This position reports to the Project Manager / Installation Manager and involves close coordination with the Installation Contractor and onshore fabrication teams to ensure quality assurance and control. Offshore Experience: Certified in BOSIET. Offshore installation experience is mandatory.

Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Working knowledge of AutoCAD / SketchUp (desirable). Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Specific Responsibilities & Skills: Provide conceptual engineering support, offshore survey assistance, and execution support for onshore and offshore installation works related to: Telemetry systems, offshore pipelines, and platforms Mooring systems and Single Point Mooring (SPM) Installation and burial of offshore pipelines and risers Develop transportation, sea fastening, and installation procedures. Oversee offshore installation works to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Interface with offshore contractors to resolve technical queries and ensure smooth execution. Prepare Technical Queries (TQs) and Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE) after evaluating technical proposals. Handle installation of telecommunications equipment, including -48Vdc power systems. Prepare project risk analysis and mitigation plans. Generate reports to track project progress and maintain documentation as required. Adhere to task order specifications, policies, and procedures; report discrepancies to COR, Government VA PM, or management. Produce high-quality technical documents and reports (strong technical writing skills). Collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary groups including facility teams, IT professionals, project managers, and client representatives. Prepare correspondence, memoranda, reports, and documentation in line with ITOPS IO standards or directives from Government COR/VA PM.
