Job Description

GiveDirectly recherche un(e) Associate Field Manager - Internal Audit, Uganda pour renforcer son équipe financière à Uganda.

Comptabilité & Reporting : Superviser la comptabilité générale et produire les états financiers périodiques.

  • Budget & Prévisions : Élaborer le budget annuel et suivre l'exécution budgétaire.
  • Trésorerie : Gérer les flux de trésorerie et optimiser les placements.
  • Conformité Fiscale : Assurer le respect des obligations fiscales et sociales locales.
  • Audit & Contrôle Interne : Mettre en place des procédures de contrôle interne robustes.

Bac+4/5 en Finance, Comptabilité, Audit ou DSCG/DESCF.

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion financière ou en cabinet d'audit.
  • Maîtrise du référentiel comptable local (SYSCOHADA ou IFRS).
  • Rigueur, intégrité et sens des responsabilités.
