ARC Consulting & Negoce recrute un Chargé de suivi des opérations terrain basé à Akpakpa à Cotonou dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée indéterminée. Le poste consiste à assurer le recensement et la mise à jour des domiciles, effectuer le suivi régulier des agents sur le terrain et participer à l’amélioration des procédures internes ainsi qu’à l’organisation des opérations. Le candidat devra faire preuve d’organisation, de rigueur et d’une bonne capacité d’observation et de suivi. Il devra également maîtriser l’utilisation des outils de base tels que téléphone, GPS et applications de suivi. Le poste s’adresse principalement à un profil étudiant ou jeune diplômé avec un niveau Bac et une bonne maîtrise du français. Le travail s’effectue en présentiel avec une dimension de suivi terrain et de coordination opérationnelle.
