Le GROUPE VETO SERVICES SA recrute un Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines basé à Abomey-Calavi dans le cadre d’un contrat à durée déterminée. Le poste consiste à assurer la gestion administrative du personnel notamment les contrats, dossiers, absences et congés, ainsi qu’à suivre les recrutements et l’intégration des nouveaux agents. Le/la candidat(e) participera également à la gestion de la discipline et au respect du règlement intérieur, assurera un suivi RH de proximité auprès des équipes opérationnelles et contribuera à la gestion du climat social. Il/elle sera chargé(e) de produire des reportings RH fiables et d’appuyer la mise en œuvre des procédures et projets RH. Le
est titulaire d’un Bac+3 en ressources humaines, droit social ou gestion, avec 2 à 3 ans d’expérience en administration du personnel ou fonction RH similaire. Une bonne maîtrise d’Excel et des outils bureautiques est requise, ainsi que la rigueur, la discrétion, le sens de l’organisation et un bon relationnel.
