SWALA Agency recrute un(e) Social Media Manager rattaché(e) à la Digital Manager / CEO, en collaboration avec les équipes content, design et opérationnelles. Le poste consiste à structurer, piloter et optimiser la présence des clients sur les réseaux sociaux en assurant la cohérence stratégique, organisationnelle et opérationnelle. Les missions incluent la définition et la mise en œuvre des stratégies social media, la création et supervision des calendriers éditoriaux, la coordination des équipes créatives, le contrôle qualité des contenus, le suivi client et la gestion des retours, ainsi que la production de reportings et l’analyse des performances. Le poste implique également une veille sur les tendances et la concurrence afin d’ajuster les stratégies.
expérience en gestion de projets social media, capacité à coordonner des équipes, sens de l’organisation, compétences analytiques et relationnelles, maîtrise des outils digitaux et des indicateurs de performance.
