Main duties

LA BOA COTE D’IVOIRE RECRUTE 01 JURISTE SENIOR CHARGE DES CONTRACTS H/F MISSIONS Within the Directorate of Legal Affairs (DAJ), under the supervision of the Head of the Contracts and Guarantees Department, your main missions will be: Ø Draft leases and service contracts; Ø Formalize the leases in competition with notaries and proceed to their registration at the Tax Department; Ø Monitor leases and contracts; Ø Secondary support for legal writers –guarantees; drafting credit and guarantee agreements and formalizing the various guarantees. MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Management (drafting and monitoring) of leases (residential and commercial);
• Drafting contracts for the provision of various services, outsourced services within the meaning of banking regulations, confidentiality agreements and other contracts;
• The follow-up of the records of assignments, real estate acquisitions in connection with notary studies, real estate agencies in charge of its files;
• Assistance and advice in contractual matters in support of the bank’s entities both in drafting and monitoring;
• Participation in the drafting and updating of contractual guidelines on framework contracts;
• Risk management and other contractual work sites and participation in actions to raise awareness of contractual risks;
• Audit of contracts in collaboration with counsel;
• Provide hierarchical reporting on contracts.

PROFIL

E OF CANDIDATES Level of study: Bac +4/5 in Private Law Required professional experience: at least 03 years of experience in a similar position as a law firm, notaries or lawyers (excluding internships). Knowledge required: Good knowledge of the law of obligations, contract law, civil law and banking regulation; Good writing and communication skills; Good knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, POWERPOINT). Know how to be: Organizational ability and method, sense of priorities; Team spirit and synthesis; Quality of analysis; Good Morality; Loyalty and Discretion Applications are received until Monday, May 11, 2026.
