UN Women is seeking a Programme Management Specialist to oversee the development, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of programs for the Country Office in Cameroon. The role involves providing technical support, managing budgets, building partnerships, and ensuring compliance with UN Women’s goals. The Specialist will also lead a team, develop resource mobilization strategies, and manage knowledge building efforts. This position is crucial for aligning UN Women’s initiatives with national priorities and the 2030 Agenda. Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Political Science, Development, Public Administration, or Gender At least 7 years of experience in programme management Experience in gender-related areas is an asset Fluency in English and French Strong programme formulation and evaluation skills Ability to develop operational plans and budgets Project/programme management certification is an advantage
