Job Description As a Social or Native Ads Media Buyer, you'll spearhead the creation and optimization of lead generation campaigns across our platforms. Your mission: to craft impactful, high-ROI media strategies that align seamlessly with our internal objectives. Armed with an arsenal of digital media prowess and analytical finesse, you'll navigate the Native and Social advertising platform with finesse like MediaGo, Taboola, Newsbreak, Meta, TikTok , ensuring our campaigns not only meet but exceed expectations. Conduct in-depth pre-campaign research and leverage audience insights to inform buying decisions. Execute profitable campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Newsbreak, Mediago, Taboola, Outbrain, in addition to traffic sources like Google. Unleash your creativity by designing compelling ads (video and static). Analyze web metrics precisely, crafting detailed effectiveness reports and prescribing optimizations to enhance campaign performance. Collaborate on the development and optimization of lead generation landing pages to bolster conversion rates. Maintain accurate campaign stats and allocate budgets based on performance metrics. Foster synergy with our tech and sales teams to surpass client objectives. Play a pivotal role in team expansion and contribute to our vibrant company culture. The Ideal Candidate We seek a Media Buying maverick, ideally with roots in Performance Marketing, driven by a fervent passion for digital marketing and a relentless pursuit of success. Proficient English communication skills. Ability to thrive independently, sans micromanagement.

Expérience

  • 3-5+ years' experience in Media Buying, preferably within a digital agency or performance and affiliate marketing sphere. Demonstrated success in running profitable campaigns across diverse digital platforms. Comprehensive understanding of online media planning, implementation, and optimization. Familiarity with digital planning and analytical tools, ad serving platforms, and social media. Capacity to manage multiple campaigns concurrently and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
