Job Summary

The role involves overseeing construction and finishing operations, with a strong focus on high-rise building maintenance and façade works.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project. eg. Plumbing, Ventilating System, Electrical System, etc.

Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

Lead, supervise, and effectively coordinate a technical team specializing in construction and finishing works.

Ensure that the structure is safe, stable and meet engineering standards.

Supervise installation of aluminum Façade,Alucobond and glass work, finishing of doors and windows partition.

Develop initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements.

Relevant work experience/Qualification

Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an associated field is an additional advantage).

4 – 6 years relevant work experience on finishing buildings and construction.

Knowledge and proficiency in industry-specific software, like AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other computer-aided design software.

Good communication and team collaboration skills.
