This volunteer role is ideal for creatives looking to build experience, grow a strong portfolio, and be part of a brand from the ground up. Role Overview We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to help grow our digital presence, tell our stories online, and engage our audience across social platforms. You will play a key role in shaping the brand’s online voice, visuals, and storytelling style. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, carousels) Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube – as assigned) Develop content ideas aligned with the brand’s storytelling identity Write compelling captions and short story-driven posts Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages professionally Collaborate with the creative, writing, and design teams Stay consistent with brand tone, visuals, and messaging Track content performance and suggest improvements
