📌 ### 📌 We are looking for an  Assistant General Manager. Responsibilities: 1. Operations Oversight Supervise daily operations across all outlets to ensure smooth workflow, timely service delivery, and adherence to brand standards. Monitor outlet performance in areas of customer service, hygiene, staff conduct, and operational efficiency. Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies and health/safety regulations. 2. Guest Experience & Service Excellence Ensure every guest interaction reflects Above Lifestyle’s premium and personalized service ethos. Manage guest feedback, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally. 3. Team Leadership & Staff Management Supervise departmental heads (Restaurant, Bar, Kitchen, Shisha, Maintenance, Security, etc.) and ensure seamless interdepartmental collaboration. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff to uphold service excellence and company culture. Drive motivation, discipline, and staff engagement initiatives to reduce turnover and improve morale. 4. Financial & Administrative Support Monitor daily sales reports, expense tracking, and revenue inflow sheets in collaboration with Accounts, and take corrective action to avoid future occurrences and adjust spending to eliminate variances.
