The RDC Job Market in 2026

DRC's job market runs at two speeds. Kinshasa (17M+ residents) concentrates NGO/humanitarian roles (OCHA, IRC, MSF, UNDP), banking, and telecoms. Lubumbashi in Katanga is the mining hub where Glencore, CMOC, and Ivanhoe Mines regularly hire technical profiles. DRC remains one of Africa's top NGO job markets.

Active sectors in 2026: humanitarian and international development, mining (copper, cobalt, coltan), telecoms (Vodacom, Airtel, Orange), microfinance. Digital tech is emerging via Kinshasa Digital hub.
