Supply Chain Jobs in Nigeria

The Nigeria Job Market in 2026

Nigeria is Africa's largest economy and its most dynamic tech job market. Lagos — specifically areas like Lekki, Victoria Island, and Yaba (the "Yabacon Valley") — is the continent's startup capital, home to unicorns like Paystack, Flutterwave, and Kuda. Abuja concentrates government, international organizations (ECOWAS, African Union agencies), and diplomatic roles. Expect hybrid or remote-first policies at most tech companies hiring in 2026.

Top sectors in 2026: fintech and banking (Paystack, GTBank, Access Bank, OPay), e-commerce and logistics (Jumia, Sendbox), oil & gas (NNPCL, Shell, Chevron), telecoms (MTN, Airtel). Healthcare and agritech are rising fast.
