Regional Office Director and Senior Implementation Specialist CLIMATE ANALYTICS Responsibilities: Managing and developing the Climate Analytics Africa team, both content and administrative, as well as developing and implementing office policies and procedures in line with the broader organisation’s policies and with local laws and regulations Responsible for developing the overall Africa regional strategy, for its implementation, monitoring and reporting on progress to the organisation Work with the Head of Implementation Strategies, the Head of Global Offices, the CEO and other team leads to consolidate existing work, and support the development of future opportunities, in the region including in relation to adaptation, impacts and vulnerability, climate finance and mitigation Develop, a pipeline of projects for the office with the view to ensure stable and secure funding, increase regional presence and prospective new areas of development Ensure the quality of the Climate Analytics Africa outputs match the high standards of the Organisation and appropriate review and sign-off procedures are followed Review the progress of projects being Implemented through the CA Africa office and assess/take corrective action or escalate risks to the Management Team for support or intervention Act as the legal representative of Climate Analytics Africa under delegations from the CEO Ensure Climate...
