Applied AI Scientist - LLMs & Voice

As an Applied AI Scientist on the Support Automation product team, you will bridge research and production, building AI models and agent systems that handle customer interactions. Responsibilities include architecting, evaluating, and optimizing autonomous voice and digital agents for millions of customers, experimenting with the latest voice and text models, and owning problems end-to-end from discovery to production. The role requires strong AI/ML engineering skills, experience with LLMs, and a focus on reliability and scalability. The stack includes Python, GraphQL, Kotlin, Swift, TypeScript/React, Postgres/CockroachDB, GCP/Terraform, and Kubernetes.
