Read more about this company Entrepreneurship Specialist Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 4 - 7 years Location Lagos Job Field Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development   Role Summary The Entrepreneurship Specialist is responsible for supporting the operations, growth, and execution of ALX Nigeria’s entrepreneurship programmes. This role sits at the intersection of programme delivery, growth marketing, and CRM operations, ensuring that entrepreneurship initiatives attract high-quality founders, maintain strong engagement, and deliver consistent outcomes. Working closely with the Entrepreneurship Development Manager, the Specialist drives: Founder acquisition through targeted campaigns and messaging Structured management of founder pipelines through CRM systems Programme execution and coordination Alumni engagement and retention The role also supports referral systems and partnership coordination to strengthen acquisition efficiency and unlock opportunities for founders. The ideal candidate is a strong operator with marketing instincts, able to combine structured execution, compelling communication, and data-driven optimisation. Specific Responsibilities Support the end-to-end execution of entrepreneurship programmes (Founder Academy, Incubator, Accelerator), ensuring smooth delivery from recruitment to completion. Drive founder acquisition through growth marketing campaigns, targeted outreach, and conversion-focused initiatives. Develop compelling copy and messaging for campaigns, landing pages, emails, and founder communications. Manage and optimise CRM systems and founder pipelines, ensuring clear tracking across the full founder journey. Track and improve conversion across key stages including: Awareness Application Selection Onboarding Programme participation Manage and engage the entrepreneurship alumni community, ensuring continued communication, participation, and value creation. Drive initiatives to maintain ≥ 80% retention and completion rates across programmes. Activate and manage referral programmes within the founder and alumni community to drive acquisition and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC). Identify and support partnership and opportunity pipelines, coordinating with ecosystem partners, corporates, and stakeholders. Coordinate programme logistics, communications, and founder engagement activities. Support the execution of events including: Info sessions Workshops Pitch days Demo days Monitor performance across campaigns and programmes, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Maintain clean, structured data across systems to support reporting and decision-making. Collaborate with Growth, Community, and Partnerships teams to align campaigns, referrals, and founder engagement efforts. Skill Requirements - Essential 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing Demonstrated experience managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or similar Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and campaign optimisation techniques Ability to interpret marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with content, analytics, and growth teams Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with a strong bias toward experimentation and continuous improvement Skill Requirements - Preferable 4–6 years of experience in programme operations, growth marketing, CRM management, or related roles. Strong experience in growth marketing and campaign execution. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, compelling messaging. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and optimise outcomes. Strong organisational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
