Role Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bamenda. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing inventory and stock control, supervising daily warehouse activities, implementing operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will also lead a team, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency in the warehouse workflow. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Stock Control and Inventory Management Experience in Operations Management with a focus on warehouse optimization Skills in Forklift Operation and handling warehouse equipment Proven ability to implement and manage effective Inventory Control processes Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in warehouse environments Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field is advantageous
