The role provides advisory support to Boards, ensures regulatory compliance, manages key service provider relationships, and drives stakeholder engagement. It also involves leading and developing the investment team, supporting distribution, and contributing technical expertise to strategic projects across the organization.  Must have skills The position calls for a mature, analytical, trustworthy, and high integrity individual with strong investment advisory skills  Excellent decision-making skills with efficient organizational skills.  Strong math orientation and numerical aptitude.  Good listener, clear, concise, and persuasive communicator, both verbally and in writing.  Wide-ranging curiosity about nearly everything combined with confidentiality, discretion, and good professional judgment.  Effective project management skills  Strong work ethic  Computer Proficiency in Microsoft office suites (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)  Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships strong skill set in Asset allocation and portfolio construction, Security analysis (equities, fixed income, alternatives), Risk-return optimization and performance attribution, Financial modelling and valuation techniques, Macroeconomic and market analysis Qualifications Minimum of first degree in ​Finance and Accounting​ , Economics, Business Administration, Actuarial Science. CFA designation is an added advantage.
