This role ensures efficient equipment utilization, safe project execution, and smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple project sites. RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist in managing daily earth‑moving activities to ensure timely and quality project delivery. - Oversee scheduling, deployment, and maintenance of earth‑moving equipment. - Supervise operators and site staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. - Conduct routine site inspections, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.  REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum 6 years’ experience in heavy equipment or earth‑moving operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, safety regulations, and earth‑moving operations. - Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and reporting skills. - Experience in mining, dredging, or large infrastructure projects is an advantage.
