Read more about this company Foreman Job Type Full Time Qualification Experience 3 years Location Abuja Job Field Engineering / Technical   Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Foreman to supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities for our real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workers, ensuring quality workmanship, enforcing safety standards, and delivering projects according to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily on-site construction activities and workforce. Assign tasks to artisans and labourers and monitor performance. Interpret drawings, specifications, and work schedules accurately. Ensure construction works meet required quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors. Monitor material usage and report shortages or wastage. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Inspect completed work and resolve site issues promptly. Keep daily site records, progress reports, and attendance logs. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled and stored. Enforce company policies and site discipline. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Foreman in building construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Good leadership and team management skills. Basic knowledge of HSE standards and site safety practices. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Technical certification or trade qualification is an added advantage.
