This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in building a career in ERP consulting, particularly with platforms such as MS Dynamics, ERPNext, Odoo, etc. You will work closely with senior consultants to assist in analyzing business processes, configuring ERP modules, and supporting client implementations. This position offers hands-on experience and structured learning in ERP consulting. Min Qualification: Degree Experience Level: Entry level Experience Length: 1 year Working Hours: Full Time - Full Time Job descriptions & requirements Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements Support business process mapping and gap analysis Help configure ERP modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.) Participate in data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Prepare user guides, process documentation, and training materials Support client training sessions and post-go-live assistance Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, IT, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Strong interest in ERP systems and business process improvement Basic understanding of finance, sales, inventory, or operations workflows Good analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Excel Nice to Have Basic programming skills ( Python ) Basic knowledge of databases or SQL ( PostgreSQL ) Exposure to AI Tools for Data Analytics, Dashboards, and Visualizations Understanding of Accounting Principles What You’ll Gain Practical experience in ERP implementation projects Mentorship from experienced consultants Exposure to real business environments Clear growth path toward ERP Functional Consultant roles NB : If you are eager to learn and build a career in ERP consulting, we encourage you to apply.
