Job Summary MANGA CIG is seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Account Manager to support and grow relationships with clients within our agriculture savings and loan ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between clients, technology, and financial services by ensuring seamless onboarding, system usage, and ongoing support for our agricultural financial products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships Provide technical guidance and support on MANGA CIG’s digital platforms for savings, loans, and agricultural financing Onboard new clients, including training on system usage and best practices Monitor client accounts to ensure optimal use of services and identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with internal teams (IT, operations, finance) to resolve client issues efficiently Analyze client data and generate insights to improve performance and customer satisfaction Support the implementation of new tools, features, and financial products Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations Prepare regular reports on client performance, challenges, and opportunities Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Finance, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in account management, technical support, or financial services (preferably in agriculture or microfinance) Strong understanding of digital financial systems, mobile platforms, or fintech solutions Excellent communication and relationship management skills Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools Knowledge of agricultural value chains is a strong advantage Key Competencies Client-focused mindset Technical aptitude Problem-solving and critical thinking Strong organizational skills Adaptability and willingness to learn Team collaboration What We Offer Opportunity to work at the intersection of agriculture, finance, and technology A collaborative and mission-driven work environment Professional growth and development opportunities Competitive compensation package
