WAREHOUSE OFFICER

Job Description: Warehouse Officer Re-advertisedCompany: Grassland Association for agriculture and development. Reports to: Production Manager .Location: Yaounde, Cameroon.Monthly Compensation (net): 150 000 FCFAAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, hard working warehouse and logistics professional, who will maintain our inventory stock, prepare orders for our clients and organize our clients delivery, condition and monitor our grain while in storage. This role will closely work with and directly report to the production manager as well as recruit and manage seasonal workers. The ideal candidate is an extremely organized individual who enjoys working independently while maintaining consistent communication with the whole team. A successful candidate would have at least two years of warehousing experience, preferably at a cooperative, or another agribusiness, and is keen to work in a non scripted, fast-paced environment.NB:Since this process involves operating a very sensitive machine, the selected candidate shall be trained by the production manager before being allowed to proceed alone.Qualifications:At least 6 months professional work experience in an agribusiness;Must be fluent in English and French (oral and written);Problem solver with excellent attention to details;Strong analytical skills;Strong technology skills (knowledge of word, excel, google docs);Bachelor’s degree preferred.If you think this is for you, we are excited to hear from you.
