Job Description

Company Overview

We are a growing and dynamic organization operating in agribusiness, including crops production, poultry, and feed manufacturing. We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Supervisor to strengthen our financial management systems and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Ensure compliance with Ghanaian tax laws, SSNIT regulations, and internal policies

Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and cost control measures

Support audit processes (internal and external)

Oversee payroll processing and financial documentation accuracy

Provide financial insights to management for planning and decision-making

Train and supervise junior finance staff

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Professional certification (ACCA, ICA, CIMA – part or fully qualified) is an advantage

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail

Strong leadership and team management skills

Key Competencies

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Time management and ability to meet deadlines

Effective communication and reporting skills

Ability to work under pressure
