PURPOSE

To carry out electrical maintenance activities within the plant in order to ensure continuous operation, optimal performance, and improved equipment reliability in line with plant and operational excellence objectives.

THE JOB ​

Carry out planned preventive and corrective electrical maintenance within scheduled timelines.

Monitor maintenance logbooks to track completed and pending jobs and ensure prompt resolution.

Respond quickly to maintenance requests from user departments.

Follow approved maintenance checklists and procedures during all electrical works.

Prepare and submit accurate reports on work carried out for reference and audit purposes.

Support the achievement of preventive maintenance (PM) targets under TPM initiatives.

Ensure all electrical maintenance activities are performed safely and in compliance with company safety policies.

THE PERSON MUST  ​

Have good interpersonal and communication skills.

Be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in electrical maintenance tasks.

Be safety-conscious and capable of working under industrial conditions.

Possess basic troubleshooting skills and a proactive maintenance mindset.

QUALIFICATION

5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English.

NABTEB / City & Guilds (C&G) Technical in Electrical or related discipline.

EXPERIENCE ​

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or related industrial environment.
