  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.
  • Provide insightful feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar B2B/B2C sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transport to cover the Cape Town metropolitan area (preferred).
  • Matric/Grade 12 certificate is required; a tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business is advantageous.
