About the Role This is a high-impact, commercially focused position where you'll be responsible for driving revenue and volume targets across a portfolio of key B2B accounts. You'll work across distributors, food service, and manufacturing segments — building lasting relationships, securing profitable contracts, and identifying new business opportunities in a competitive market. What You'll Be Doing Managing and growing existing key accounts while actively prospecting for new business across the full product range Developing and executing a commercial action plan to deliver budgeted revenue and volume targets Negotiating B2B contracts using competitor analysis to recommend competitive pricing Gathering and presenting market intelligence to support strategic decision-making Collaborating with internal teams on forecasting, pallet management, and credit processes Driving promotional activity, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across all assigned segments What You'll Need Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales and marketing — non-negotiable Proven experience selling fats and oils in the B2B space is essential Strong understanding of the distributor, food service, and manufacturing landscape Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Matric essential; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous Based in or able to work from the Nasrec/Johannesburg area Please note only shortlisted candidates will be
