  • Gestion Administrative RH : Administrer les contrats, la paie et les relations avec les organismes sociaux.
  • Formation & DĂ©veloppement : Élaborer et mettre en Ĺ“uvre le plan de formation annuel.
  • Relations Sociales : Piloter le dialogue social et veiller Ă  un climat de travail Ă©panouissant.
  • Politique RH : Contribuer Ă  l'amĂ©lioration des processus et des politiques de gestion des talents.
