AFRICAN TAX ADMINISTRATION FORUM (ATAF)
The African Tax Administration Forum (ATAF) has received financing from the African Development Fund toward the cost of the Regional Institutional Support Project for Public Financial Governance – Phase II (RISPFG) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this Grant to payments under the contract for Exchange of Information Expert. The services included under this project are Provision of technical assistance to ATAF members on EOI, ensuring that African countries benefit from EOI and tax transparency measures by implementing the necessary EOI reforms and standards as well as building the necessary capacity in EOI on the continent. General professional experience:  A minimum of 5 years theoretical and practical experience in the global tax standards with emphasis on the BEPS Minimum Standards and their impact on African countries. Specific professional experience:  A minimum of 7 years of theoretical and practical experience in tax systems on the African continent in the areas of taxation, tax transparency and exchange of information, Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA), OECD Common Reporting Standard (CRS)), and related agreement; in a multicultural international environment.
