Production Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and driven Production Engineer to join our team and contribute to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily production activities to meet set targets.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards in production processes.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime.

Support continuous process improvement and efficiency initiatives.

Collaborate with other departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth operations.

Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in MechanicalEngineering.

Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a Production Engineer, preferably in the foam manufacturing or related industry.

Strong technical and analytical skills with hands-on experience in production machinery and processes.

Good understanding of quality and safety standards in manufacturing.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork abilities.
