Employer: Masterparts

We are looking for a Stores Person at our  Masterparts Strand  branch. The position requires you to work Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays. The duties may include: General Housekeeping of the warehouse (Cleaning and Tidying) Doing periodical stock counts. Security of warehouse. Ad Hoc Duties as required. We offer: A competitive salary. A discretionary annual performance bonus. Provident Fund. Optional medical aid.

Storekeeper: 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements

We require someone who is very accurate with stock numbers. You must be in good health and can do physically demanding work, especially lifting and carrying heavy stock items and spending long hours standing or walking. Prior knowledge and experience in the automotive aftermarket are advantageous. Product knowledge of automotive aftermarket spares is advantageous. Experience in a medium to large warehouse is beneficial. Experience working in a busy despatch is beneficial. General mechanical/technical knowledge is beneficial. Computer Literacy is advantageous. A valid forklift license is beneficial. Health and Safety, First Aid, and Firefighting certifications are advantageous.
